

Henry H. Hart,73, died on Wednesday, May 27, 2015. A resident of Southington, CT since 1970, he will be missed by his caring, devoted wife, Deborah Davenport Hart; his son Daniel Hart and his wife Susan; and son Brian Hart, all of Southington.
He was born in Hartford, CT the son of Frederick C. Hart and Betsey Crosby Hart, of Wethersfield. He graduated with honors from Nichols College in 1963 and enlisted for six years in the U.S. Army Reserves.
Until his retirement, his vocations spanning 40 years were as a machine tool industry cost analyst, a bookkeeper, orthopedic medical office manager, and a wholesale greenhouse accountant.
He was involved in the Boy Scouts of America, YMCA Indian Guides and active within his church's Sunday school as a teacher, committee chairperson, and youth group advisor.
A nature and animal lover, avid gardener and music devotee, he enjoyed his family, friends and the quiet pleasures of life. A pleasant person to all who came to know him, his quiet demeanor and sense of humor would always shine through his genuine caring nature.
The family will receive relatives and friends at DellaVecchia Funeral Home, 211 North Main Street, Southington, CT on Friday 4-7 pm.
A memorial service will be Saturday 2 pm at First Congregational Church of Southington, 37 Main Street, Southington.
Burial will take place at a future date and time to be announced at Oak Hill Cemetery at the corner of Queen Street and Flanders Street, Southington.
