Born in Rockville, CT on March 27, 1930, he was the son of Carl and Gertrude Schultz. Herman served in the US Army National Guard during the Korean Conflict. He was a retired employee of the former Emhart Glass in Windsor where worked for over 35 years. A Wolcott resident for over 40 years, Herman enjoyed fishing, hunting and camping.
Besides his wife Shirley, he is survived by two sons, Gary Schultz and his wife Carol and her daughter Heather Evon all of Oakville, and Micheal Schultz of Schenectedy, NY, a sister-in-law Joyce Schultz of East Hartford and several cousins, nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by two brothers Alan and Robert Schultz.
