Jacob Zdon

Jacob Zdon, 62, of New Britain, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, September 10, 2025. He was born in New Britain, on October 6, 1962, son of the late Tadeusz and Leokadia (Juzwik) Zdon. Jacob attended Sacred Heart School and graduated from New Britain High where he enjoyed being a member of the soccer team. Following high school, he obtained an IT Programming Certification. Jacob lived and worked locally his entire life which included a varied career working in IT, Retail, USPS as a Rural Postal Carrier and in Manufacturing. Camping, relaxing in the woods or the beach and spending time with friends and family were his best of times. Jacob loved to watch football and was a lifelong Cleveland Browns fan. He also would not let a holiday go by without wearing festive attire.

Jacob will be missed by his sister Lorraine Nadeau and husband Thomas, of Southington, along with his nieces Shayna Nadeau, Jacqueline Nadeau and nephew Dillon Nadeau.

There will be no calling hours. Services are private and at the convenience of the family.
