Born Dec. 11, 1961 in Danforth, ME, he was the son of Shirley Ann (Kinney) Corliss of Canada and the late Gerald Budrow.
Jeffrey served in the U.S. Army, he was an avid fisherman and enjoyed tinkering around the house.
Besides his mother and wife he leaves two children, Justin A. and Kaitlyn A. Budrow both of Southington; three sisters, Bonnie Bradley and Debbie Rattray and husband Joe all of Canada and Patsy Pastore and husband Jack of Southington. He also leaves aunts, uncles and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by a brother James F. Budrow and his stepfather David Corliss.
A memorial service with military honors will be DUE TO THE WEATHER, SERVICES WILL BE HELD ON TUESDAY Dec. 28, 2010 at 11 a.m. at the DellaVecchia Funeral Home, 211 N. Main St., Southington.
