Joan Pipitone

She was born in Hartford the daughter of the late Irving and Helene (Morgan) DeHart.

She was a loving, caring mother and grandmother who always put her family first. She enjoyed family picnics and holiday celebrations.

Joan was an avid Red Sox Baseball fan and she enjoyed watching all types of movies.

She is survived by her loving children, Robert and wife Diane Barganier of Rocky Hill, Glen and wife Rose Barganier of Newington and Carol and husband George Ferris of GA, 10 cherished grandchildren, Joseph, Kristy, Nathan, Ryan, Michelle, Stephanie, Brian, Eric, Brittany and Mark as well as several great grandchildren.

She was predeceased by her first husband Robert Barganier, 2 sons John and Donald Barganier and a brother Gene DeHart.

Funeral services will be held on Monday at 1 pm at the DellaVecchia Funeral Home, 211 N. Main St. Southington. Burial will be at Oak Hill Cemetery. Calling hours will be Monday from 12-1 pm.
