

She was born on Nov. 1, 1924 in Southington, the daughter of the late Ralph and Ermenia (Pasqua) Testa. She retired from Fafnir Bearing Co. in New Britain after 30 years of service. She had been a parishioner of St. Dominic Church. Julia enjoyed bingo and going to the Foxwoods Casino.
She is survived by her children, Patsy Leone and his wife Penny of TX, Sharon Keene and her husband Roger of Meriden, Robert Leone and his wife Sheri of Plainville, a brother Sylvester Testa of CA, 6 grandchildren, Rebecca Curtis and husband Scott, Kellie Vrba and husband Jeff, Michelle Wolf and husband Mike, Mynde Smith and husband John, Jennifer Hunter and husband Rick, Danna Leone and 8 great grandchildren.
She was predeceased by 3 brothers, Pat, Albert and Angelo Testa, 4 sisters, Celia Chambrello, +Sister Mary Ermena, Clara Hensley, Alvera Chmieleski and Margaret Pratt.
The funeral will be held Saturday at 9:15 a.m. from the DellaVecchia Funeral Home, 211 N. Main St. to St. Dominic Church at 10 a.m. Burial will be at St. Thomas Cemetery. Calling hours will be Friday 5-8 p.m.
