She is survived by her two children, Kim & Guy Ferrelli along with her life partner Sergio Martinez, and ex-husband Guy Ferrelli Sr.
She was preceded in death by her parents and brother, Richard Pazera. Kathy also leaves behind beloved niece, Evelyn, and her sons along with their spouses and children.
Kathy attended Crosby High School, in Waterbury, graduating in 1970. She initially worked in retail, when the Waterbury Mall opened and eventually progressed to an administrative position for a financial consulting group, in Wallingford. Although she never sought the spotlight, she will always be remembered as a loving and caring individual. She always enjoyed having a small dog, Kaylie, her latest, who would always be beside her. Kathy was a collector of many items but always prized her extensive collection of Princess Diana dolls and figurines.
Kathy not only was a breast cancer survivor but an active donor in support of her best friend Lisa Dlugos, who passed away of breast cancer.
