Born on July 20, 1951, in Waterbury, Kathleen (Kathy) lived a life defined by kindness and resilience. She was a breast cancer survivor and the longest living survivor for state of the art Scoliosis treatment from the mid 1960’s. She is survived by her two children, Kim & Guy Ferelli along with her partner Sergio Martinez and ex-husband Guy Ferrelli Sr and her brother John Pazera. She was preceded in death by her parents and brother, Richard Pazera.
Kathy attended Crosby High School, in Waterbury, graduating in 1970. She initially worked in retail and eventually in a secretarial position for a financial consulting group, in Wallingford. Although she never sought the spotlight, she will always be remembered as a loving and caring individual. She always enjoyed having a small dog, Kylie, her latest, who would always be beside her.
A visitation will be held on Saturday August 22, 2026 from 9 - 10:30 AM at Della Vecchia Funeral Home, 211 N. Main St. Southington, CT 06489. Interment with graveside prayers will follow at St. Thomas Cemetery 209 Belleview Ave Southington at 11 AM.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Connecticut Children’s Medical Center, in her memory.
