She was born September 14, 1978 in Hartford and was the daughter of Chester and Jean (Salvas) Kulesa of New Hampshire.
Karen was a committee member for the State of CT, Money Follows the Person program.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by her brothers, Kenneth Boudreau of Southington and David Boudreau of Southington. She was predeceased by her twin brother Kristopher.
A graveside service for Kelly will be held on Friday, May 5th at 11 a.m. at St. Thomas Cemetery, Southington.
