Lillian C. Mohr

LILLIAN C. MOHR (88), formerly of Plantsville, beloved mother of Karen, Robert and the late Joan Mohr peacefully passed away on Wednesday, July 28, 2010. She was greatly loved by her family for her many jolly ways. Active in flea markets and community choral groups sharing her beautiful soprano voice, she will always be remembered. Her husband, James H. Mohr, and youngest daughter, Joan, predeceased her. Born in New Britain, Conn., she was the daughter of the late John and Johanna Czellecz. She is survived by a daughter Karen Reed and her husband Robert, a son Robert Mohr and his wife Irene, two grandchildren, Nigel Mohr and Jessica Kumitis, 5 great grandchildren, Kimberly and Kyle Kumitis, Jacob, Christian and Gabriel Mohr, a sister, Hilda Hannon, and two brothers, Robert (Mary) Czellecz and Carl (Joyce) Czellecz, and many nieces and nephews. Services and burial will be held at the convenience of the family. There are no calling hours. The DellaVecchia Funeral Home, 211 N. Main St., Southington is assisting the family with the arrangements.
