Louise Olsen

Born October 4, 1940 in Meriden, she was the daughter of the late John and Phyllis (Kennedy) Reardon.

Louise was a Merchandise Manager for Kmart for many years until her retirement.

She is survived by a daughter and son-in-law, Lisa and Darwin Robinson of Southington; two brothers, Timothy Reardon of Wallingford and Gerald Reardon of Newington; two sisters, Patricia Hargrove of Meriden and Rosanne Anderson of Durham; three grandsons Daniel, Ryan and Patrick Robinson and several nieces and nephews. Louise also leaves her faithful companion Sam.

She was predeceased by a brother David Reardon.

A mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Friday, August 7, 2009 at 10:30 a.m. at St. Thomas Church, 99 Bristol St., Southington. Burial will follow in St. Thomas Cemetery. Calling hours will be Friday morning from 9 to 10 a.m. at the DellaVecchia Funeral Home, 211 N. Main St., Southington. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the CT Humane Society, 701 Russell Rd., Newington, CT 06111 or to a charity of one?s choice.
