Lucy Hill

Southington-Lucy ( Palmisano) Hill, 89, of 449 Prospect St. Plantsville section, passed away on Monday March 20, 2006 at Bradley Memorial Hospital. She was the wife of the late Irvin L. Hill. Lucy was born in Bristol on December 21, 1916 and was the daughter of the late Dominic and Maria

(Positano) Palmisano.

She had been employed by New Departure and also MT. Southington where she owned the cafeteria. Lucy was also a parishioner of St. Aloysius Church.

Lucy is survived by her daughter Mary Lou Riedel of Plantsville along with her two grandchildren Jeremy and Jessica Riedel. She was predeceased by her brothers and sister, James, William, Dominic, Carlo, Anthony, Steven and Mary Velodota and many nieces and nephews.

The funeral will be held on Thursday 9:15AM from the DellaVecchia Funeral Home 211 N. Main St. to St. Aloysius Church for a mass at 10AM.

Calling hours will be held on Wednesday from 5-8 PM. Burial will be in St. Thomas Cemetery. Donations may be made in her memory to Alzheimer's Resource Center, 1261 S. Main St., Plantsville,CT 06473
