Born in Bristol on August 9, 1950, she was the daughter of the late Alexander and Jane (Robertson) Hay. She graduated from Wolcott High School in 1969. She lived in Wolcott for most of her life and was a communicant of Wolcott Congregational Church.
Marcia is survived by her sister Sheila Booker of North Hampton, MA, and several nieces and nephews.
A Memorial Service will be held at Wolcott Congregational Church in the spring at a time to be announced. Burial will follow in Edgewood Cemetery.
