Mary Bastin

Born in NYC on Nov. 15, 1933 the daughter of the late Thomas and Mary T. (Collins) McKenna. She was co-owner and operator with her husband of Frank?s Market in Naugatuck for many years. She had also worked at G. Fox and Filene?s. Mary was a loving wife, mother and grandmother, she enjoyed reading, crocheting, playing checkers and going to the casino.

In addition to her husband she is survived by her children, MaryAnn Hebert and husband Kenneth of Southbury, Patty Bavolack and husband Matthew, Susan Scarmozzino and husband David all of Southington, Frank ?Butch? Bastin III and wife Denise of Cheshire, Theresa M. McLaughlin and husband Bob of Franklin, MA, John T. Bastin of Wolcott and fiancé Cary Susco. 9 cherished grandchildren, Lindsay, Danyell, Shannon, Brittany, Kyle, Kaitlin, Jordan, Tess, and Luke, a great grand daughter Ashlin, 2 sisters Kathleen Moricone of NY and Ann Ast of FL and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by 2 brothers John and Thomas McKenna.

The Funeral will be held on Saturday at 8:15 a.m. from the DellaVecchia Funeral Home, 211 N. Main St. Southington to St. Dominic Church at 9 a.m. Burial will be in State Veterans Cemetery in Middletown, Calling hours will be Friday from 4-8 p.m.
