Mary Crowley

Born in Windsor, February 13, 1905, the daughter of the late Albert and Giovanina Ronketti. Mrs. Crowley spent most of her life in New Britain until moving to Southington to be with her son.

She was employed by the former Raphael's Department Store for many years in New Britain and Southington. Mary loved dancing, playing cards and arts and crafts at the Calendar House.

She is survived by a son and daughter-in-law, Franklin and Maureen Crowley of Southington; two sisters, Alice Brunalli and Rose DellaBitta both of the Mildale section of Southington; four grandchildren, Michael Crowley and his wife Lori of San Ramon, CA, Kathleen Bonomi and her husband Randall of Plantsville, Kevin Crowley and his wife Vanessa of Middletown, Keith Crowley and his wife Patricia of Franklin, MA; four great grandchildren, Emily and Christopher Bonomi, Aidan Crowley and Samantha Crowley and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a sister, Josephine Quarti. Mary's family would like to thank the staff of the Jerome Home for 6 ¢ years of loving and compassionate care.

The funeral will be held on Wednesday, May 31, 2006, 11 am at St. Dominic Church, 1050 Flanders Rd, Southington for a Mass. Burial will be in St. Mary Cemetery, New Britain. Calling hours will be on Wednesday morning from 9 to 10:30 am at the DellaVecchia Funeral Home,211 N. Main St., Southington. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Jerome Home Recreation Department, 975 Corbin Ave., New Britain, CT 06052.
