Melanie Ann Rossini - On July 28, 2010 our daughter, sister, granddaughter, niece cousin and wonderful friend Melanie Ann Rossini passed away at Hartford Hospital surrounded by her devoted and loving family and friends. Melanie was the beloved daughter of Tom and Lynn Rossini and sister to Katie and Lisa who lovingly adored her.
For all who knew Melanie, she had the biggest heart. She was charismatic, witty, gentle, feisty, intuitive, hard working and a loyal friend and sister. She loved her family and friends and felt happiest when she was close to them. Always the life of the party Mel with her quick wit and joyful spirit brought life and joy to everyone who knew her. Her fierce loyalty to family and friends was a constant that supported all the relationships she shared. Her sisters were always guided by her surefire approach to life and her innate understanding of what was important and meaningful to her and her family. Always giving Mom and Dad a ?run for their money? Mel knew the buttons to push, the races to race and the mountains to climb; her way of caring for and helping the people she loved the most to live life to the fullest. ?Melly? had an incredible gift with children and was currently going to college to pursue a career as a teacher. She had a special understanding at a very early age that life was meant to be lived and loved each moment. She is survived by her loving parents, Tom and Lynn (Buckley) Rossini and her sisters Katie and Lisa of Southington. She cherished her surviving grandparents, Louise Rossini (Meme) of Ridgefield and Patricia and Raymond Buckley of Lakewood, New Jersey, and great grandmother Helen Buckley. She will always be cherished by her loving aunts and uncles, Tricia (Buckley) and David Lucchesi, Raymond and Mary Buckley, Robert and Linda Buckley, and Barbara Rossini and the late Gary Rossini. She is also survived by her cousins, Chris, Megan, Bobby, Ray, Shannon, Max, Jake, Deanna, Michelle and Michael and her dearest family friends, Kylie, Lauren, Mar Mar, Marty and Melissa.
