Nancy (Tully) Deprey, 62, of Southington passed away on Tuesday, Dec.11, 2018 at Gaylord Hospital in Wallingford after an unbelievably courageous battle with cancer. She was the wife for 30 years of the late Ellery P. Deprey.
She was born on Oct. 13, 1956 the daughter of the late Jack and Olive (Clauss) Tully. She was a 1974 graduate of Southington High School. She had been employed by Lowes of Southington.
Nancy loved to sit outside and read while soaking up the sun’s rays. She enjoyed being with friends and family and especially loved spending time with all of her nieces and nephews. Nancy enjoyed working at Lowes alongside coworkers who treated her more like close family than just a work acquaintance.
She is survived by two sons Ellery John Deprey and his wife Melanie Abbott of North Haven and Beau Michael Deprey and his fiancée Ania Mikucki of Avon, four sisters-in-law; Nancy Daigle, Judy Bergeron, Janice Griffin and Geneva Irwin, as well as, many nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and good friends.
In addition to her husband, she was predeceased by two brothers David and Robert Tully.
Our family would like to thank all of the doctors and staff from Mid-State Medical Center, as well as, Gaylord Hospital who provided an immeasurable amount of heart depth care to Nancy. Words alone are not enough to display how thankful we truly are.
