Phongphet Phaengvisay

East Hartford-Phongphet "Phet" Phaengvisay of East Hartford, died unexpectedly Sunday, February 3, 2008. He was born August 20, 1964 in Laos. He was the son of Bounkhamp Phaengvisay of Laos. He was the husband of Somchanh (Phanthavong) Phaengvisay and the beloved father of Daophasouk (Crystal) and Johnnathon Phaengvisay, all of East Hartford. He is also survived by four brothers, Somchith, Somkit, Somlit, and Somyout and by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and extended family.

He was predeceased by his father Khamphong, his brother Bounpheng and recently by his beloved son, Daosadeth.

Phet was the Production Manager at CompuMail Corp. in Southington, where he was loved and will be sorely missed by his coworkers.

To know Phet was to love him. He always had a smile on his face and a twinkle in his eye. He loved to sing, play cards and make people laugh. Family and friends were most important to Phet and he will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, Feb. 9, 2008 at the Dellavecchia Funeral Home, 211 N. Main St. Southington from 8-10 a.m. processing to Walnut Grove Crematory for Cremation. Calling hours will be on Friday from 5-8 p.m.
