Robert worked for many years as a manager at Aetna Insurance and Casualty, where he earned the respect and admiration of his colleagues. Outside of his career, Robert had a variety of passions that brought him joy. An avid golfer, he could often be found at the range perfecting his swing. A true sports fan, Robert was a devoted supporter of the NY Giants and NY Yankees, and he never missed a game of the UConn Ladies' Huskies basketball team, always cheering them on with enthusiasm. He was also a dedicated reader of anything historical.
Robert found great joy in spending time with his family and friends. His warmth, humor, and love of camaraderie made him a treasured presence at gatherings. Robert (aka Bob, the Fonz, Sersh, and Bobcat) leaves behind a legacy of love and laughter that will live on in the hearts of all who knew him.
