He is survived by his children, Michele Foertsch and her husband Martin, Dawn Horn, and Gary Fillion. He was also a beloved grandfather to Andrew Foertsch, Emily Foertsch, Sean Horn and Madison Horn.
Honoring Roger's wishes, all services will be private and at the convenience of his family. There will be no calling hours.
