She was born in Meriden on August 8, 1955 and was the daughter of the late Warren M. and Almira (Forster) Stephan.
Visitation and funeral services are pending and will be announced in the obituary. She will be laid to rest with her parents at Walnut Grove Cemetery in Meriden and the convenience of the family.
