Passed away on Friday, May 23rd, 2014 in St. Catharines, Ontario in her 81st year. Betty was the widow of the late Duncan Cameron and loving mother of Donald, Amanda, and Beth. She was also the beloved grandmother of Frances and Gillian Stewart, Duncan and Ellen Cameron, and Alexandra and Katrina Allison. Betty taught elementary school for over 30 years in the Niagara Region and was an active member of the St. Catharines community. She was passionate about education, travel, friends and family. She will be sorely missed. Cremation has taken place and a private service was held on Friday, May 30th, 2014. If so desired, donations in her name may be made to the MS Society and/or the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
