Peacefully with her family by her side on Monday, June 19th after a brief illness. Betty enjoyed 92 wonderful years of health, productivity and being “surrounded by light” Betty, beloved wife of the late Kenzie. Cherished mother of Dick (Elly), Lynne (Ron), and Gary (Denise). Devoted grandmother of 12 and “B.G.” to 15. Lovingly remembered by her longtime friend Ronnie Clark, her sisters-in-law Joan and Tina and her many nieces and nephews.
The family will received friends at the HULSE & ENGLISH FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL, 75 Church Street (905-684-6346) on Thursday, June 22nd from 7:00 -9:00 pm. A Celebration of Betty’s life will be held at St. George’s Anglican Church, Homer, 163 Queenston Road, Niagara-on-the-Lake on Friday June 23rd at 11:00 am. Donations made to the Niagara Children’s Centre in Betty’s memory would be greatly appreciated by her family.
