Passed away on March 29, 2014, at St. Catharines General Hospital, with her family by her side. Predeceased by her loving husband Walter (2004). Survived by sons Kevin and Kenneth (Teresa Sullivan). Beloved grandmother to Sinisa Golden, and Amanda and Todd Burgess. She will be sadly missed by her dog Snuggles. Doris loved to read and embroider. A special thank you to the staff of Hospice Niagara and Dr. Leonard for their care and compassion.
The family will receive friends the HULSE & ENGLISH FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL, 75 Church St. (905-684-6346) on Friday, April 4, 2014 from 10 am – 12 noon, with a service following in the chapel at 12 noon. Inurnment to follow at Hillside Cemetery in Fonthill. Memorial donations to the Walker Family Cancer Centre would be appreciated by the family.
