Church, Edna (Pat): Passed away peacefully at home on Sunday, February 17, 2013 in her 90th year. Beloved wife of the late Thomas Church (2005), daughter of the late Alexander and Lily Paterson. Edna was the dear sister of Norman Paterson and his wife Bonnie; predeceased by her brothers Alexander Paterson & Charles Paterson and his wife Shirley; survived by her sisters-in-law Jean Paterson & Denise Somerville. She was a loving aunt to her many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews. Edna touched the lives of many and she will be truly missed.
As per Edna’s wishes, cremation has taken place. Friends will be received on Saturday, February 23rd from 1:00 – 2:00 p.m. at St. George’s Anglican Church, 83 Church St. A celebration of Edna’s Life will follow in the church at 2:00 o’clock. Those wishing may make memorial contributions to St. George’s Church or charity of choice.
