Peacefully passed away on January 24, 2026, in St. Catharines at the age of 88. Predeceased by her loving husband Garth Sr. (2007). Sadly missed by her children Garth Jr. (Amie) and Natalie and grandchildren Nicole, Sarah, Ashley, and Nathan. Betty is predeceased by her parents William Green Sr. (1962) and Elizabeth Green (nee Miller) (1994) and her twin brother William (Bill) Green (2000).
Betty was a long-time member of Knox Presbyterian Church and worked for many years as a timekeeper of the crossing guards for the City of St. Catharines.
A special thank-you to all the staff at Linhaven Home for their care of Betty for 18 years.
In keeping with Betty's wishes, cremation has taken place. Donations to Alzheimers Society would be appreciated.
