RUDGE, Florence Elizabeth (nee Dawson) A wonderful Mom passed away at Linhaven on August 24th, 2015 with her children at her side in her 96th year. She was the cherished wife of the late William H. Rudge (2007). She is survived by her blessed children, Carol (Len) Lane, Bryan, Rick and Greg (Marlene) Rudge. 9 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren who thought she was the “greatest Grandma ever!” She is also survived by her loving sister Maida Coull. Predeceased by her brother Victor Dawson and her grandson Robbie Lane.
The family will receive friends at the Hulse & English Funeral Home & Chapel, 75 Church St., St Catharines, (905-684-6346) on Thursday, August 27 from 2- 4 and 7- 9 p.m. Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel on Friday August 28th at 1:30 p.m. Internment to follow in Victoria Lawn Cemetery In lieu of flowers donations to the Alzheimer’s Society or a charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family.
