Peacefully passed away on Tuesday, March 19, 2013 at the Henley House at the age of 88 years. Beloved wife of the late Lorne Slattery. Loving mother of Terry (Deborah) Slattery, Gwendoline “Lynn” (David) Plato and Al (Cheryle) Slattery. Proud grandmother of Christina (Christopher), Leigh-Anne (Chris), Alicia (Jay), Darryl, Sara (Tom), Melanie, Laura (Chris), Ryan (Jeff), and 9 great-grandchildren. Dear sister of Ivy (James) Francis, Mabel Stephenson, Marie Stephenson, Alice (Rod) Morrison, and the late Florence Kaiser. She will be lovingly remembered by many nieces and nephews.
Family and friends will be received on Wednesday, March 27, 2013 from 1 – 3 p.m. at Christ Church McNab, 1294 McNab Road (corner of Lakeshore Road). A Funeral Service will be held at Christ Church McNab at 3 p.m. Interment to follow in Christ Church McNab Cemetery.
