Predeceased by her husband Cornelis (Cees) Bax (2006). Mother of Nelly, Marian, Walt, Wilma, Jackie, Joyce and their families.

Family & friends will be received at Hulse & English Funeral Home & Chapel, 75 Church Street St. Catharines on Monday June 23 from 10:00 am – 11:00 am. A funeral service will be held in the chapel at 11:00 am followed by interment at Pleasantview Memorial Gardens in Fonthill. In lieu of flowers, donations to Shalom Manor would be appreciated and may be made through the funeral home (905-684-6346).
