Jean Waterhouse

Passed away May 25, 2015 with family at her side, predeceased by loving husband John. Loving mother of Kathyrn (Bill) and stepmother to Paul Waterhouse (Francine). Dearly loved grandmother to Taylor (Jesse), Peter, and Mathieu, and great grandmother to much loved Gavin and Tessa. Special aunt to Randy, Brenda, Joshua and Jessica and proud godmother to Lachlan and Renée.

Jean was a graduate of the Mack School of Nursing and retired from the Hotel Dieu Hospital after 30 years of service. A heartfelt thank you to very special stepson Paul, dear friends Theresa (“Mac”), Helen, Ken and CNIB volunteer Brittany for their wonderful care and attention which allowed Jean to stay in her home until the end.

As requested by Jean, cremation has taken place. Visitation will be on Friday June 19 from 12-2pm, immediately followed by a service at the Hulse & English Funeral Home & Chapel, 75 Church Street, St. Catharines (905-684-6346). In lieu of flowers, donations to a children’s burn unit would be appreciated.
