Peacefully at Niagara Gardens on Thursday, June 19, 2014 at the age of 89. Survived by her loving daughters Heather Turner of St. Catharines and Trish Woods of Lewiston, NY. Jean will also be sadly missed by her son in law George D. VanHoose of Lewiston, NY and grandson George H. VanHoose (Sara) “her favourite boy”. Also survived by her brother John McGregor (Diane) and sister in law Elizabeth McGregor as well as several nieces and nephews.
Family and friends will be received on Sunday, June 22, 2014 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. at the HULSE & ENGLISH FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL, 75 Church Street, St. Catharines (905-684-6346) and again on Monday, June 23, 2014 from 10 – 11 a.m. at St. Barnabas Anglican Church, 33 Queeston St. where a Funeral Service will then follow at 11 a.m. Interment in Victoria Lawn Cemetery.
