Joseph Romanowski

Joseph Romanowski, age 91, passed away on Friday, July 15, 2022 at Henley House St. Catharines. Joseph was born August 5, 1930 in Honeymoon, Saskatchewan. Predeceased by his wife Nina. Sadly missed by his daughters Christine ( Peter) Muir, Jeanne ( Greg) Edmonds, Karen ( the late Russ) Harwood, Donna Cormier.

Beloved grandpa to Michael (Kim) Edmonds, Robert (Jayne) Edmonds, Kristen Edmonds, Bryan Muir, Jeffery (Nathalie) Muir, Nina Cormier, Madison Cormier.

Great-grandpa to Bridgete Edmonds, Dylan Edmonds, Henry Edmonds, Beatrice Edmonds, Mason Muir. Also sadly missed by his sister Mary (the late Bill) Horhota.

Joseph retired from General Motors after 45 years, that which he was very proud of. In his retirement he enjoyed spending time with his family.

Friends will be received at HULSE AND ENGLISH FUNERAL HOME AND CHAPEL, 75 Church Street, St. Catharines on Thursday, July 21, 2022 from 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm and from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm with Panachyda starting at 7:00 pm. A funeral service mass will take place on Friday, July 22, 2022 at 10:00 AM at St. George's Ukrainian Orthodox Church, 8 Augusta Avenue, St. Catharines, Ontario.

Joseph will be laid to rest in Victoria Lawn Cemetery, 431 Queenston Street, St. Catharines, Ontario.
