

Margaret was predeceased by her loving husband John in November 2007. She is survived by her devoted children Janet (Michael), David (Bonnie), her grandchildren Jeffery (Stephanie), Kelly (Harris), Ryan, Tyler and Justin, her great grandchildren Lauren, Julian and Sophie, her devoted sister Audrey and her sister in law Barbara.
Margaret was born on November 21, 1920 in St. Catharines Ontario. She was the eldest of four siblings, Albert, Rena and Audrey.
Margaret gathered friends wherever she went, always making people feel welcomed and appreciated. She enjoyed baking and singing carols, and at the age 80 learned how to play the organ and mastered computers using email and Skype to stay connected to everyone.
The family will receive friends at HULSE & ENGLISH FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL, 75 Church Street (905-684-6346) on Friday December 2nd, from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. A Celebration of Margaret’s life will be held in the chapel of the funeral home on Saturday, December 3rd at 11 am. Interment Victoria Lawn Cemetery.
