Margaret Elizabeth Edmonds Morrison

MORRISON, Margaret Elizabeth – Peacefully surrounded by her family at the Shaver Hospital on May 20, 2005 in her 90th year. Predeceased by her devoted husband John Stanley Morrison (1999) and her mother Ethel Edmonds (1971). Loving mother of John (LesAnne), Larry (Colleen), Kathy and Sue. She will be fondly remembered by her grandchildren Sarah Barpoulis (John), Bill (Karen), Brian (Kiersten), Carrie (Stan), Tim (Diana), Amy, Rhegan Kristy and Bryan; affectionately remembered by 10 great-grandchildren; special friends Helen Deroche, Norma Morton, Lore Dick and Dalton Clark. Missed also by her friendly puppy “Cashew”. For many years she was a very active member of Welland Avenue United Church prior to becoming one of the founding members of Mountainview United Church, lifetime member of the St. Catharines Golf Club, as well as the U.C.W. of Mountainview United Church and I.O.D.E. Many thanks for the love and support provided by all the home care staff, doctors and nurses at the St. Catharines General Hospital and the Shaver Hospital. The family will receive friends at the HULSE & ENGLISH FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL, 75 Church Street 905-684-6346 on Tuesday, May 24, 2005 from 7-9 p.m. A Celebration of Marg’s Life will be held at Mountainview United Church, 150 Glendale Avenue on Wednesday, May 25, 2005 at 11:00 a.m. Donations to Mountainview United Church or the charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family.
