To my friend Pamela,
I'm so sorry I didn't to have a chance to say goodbye to you.
You were always in my thoughts as you battled against that terrible disease. As I try to find peace in your passing and am grateful to know that you were surrounded by the ones closest to you.
My thoughts are with all of them. I hope that all of my thoughts of Pamela are with you too. She was my great friend and I will miss her for the rest of my days.
In Sadness,
Goodnight my friend,
Love James....

Dear Pat and Vic
Bethlehem has been so fortunate over many years to be supported through the kindness of the Cicci family and through many examples of Pam's generous contributions at our events. When we asked, she and her family were always there for us. We are truly grateful. On behalf of the families we serve and all of us here at Bethlehem Housing, we wish you and your family strength, comfort and return in kind, all of the heartfelt support Pam gave to us. We will have a lovely cup of tea in her honour.
Yours very truly,
Lori Beech, Bethlehem Housing and Support Services

I met Pam when she opened her store downtown. I lived almost across the street on St Paul St. I would go in at least once a week for a chat and a chuckle. She was there while I had all 3 of my children offering advice and giving them treats. We ranted and raved about the downtown together, we laughed and commiserated about life. When she moved to welland I visited less and missed our chats, when she told me she was battling cancer my first thoughts where that it was impossible she was too much of a force! My condolences to her family, she will be so missed and was such an influence to me!

We were customers of the tea store and enjoyed Pam's lovely personality, even while she was undergoing chemotherapy. We were just returning from Europe in October and only discovered that she had closed the store when we went to the store in November. We were saddened to hear about her death and send our sincere condolences to her family.

Pam, you did very little in your life that was quiet or "by the book" and you fought your battle with the same unconventional energy. You left us all with some great lessons on life, relationships, and parenting and you left your children a great example of how to embrace life to its fullest. My thoughts go out to your whole family and all your close friends.
