It is with deep sadness we announce the passing of Ronald at Extendicare Nursing Home on Friday, November 4, 2011 in his 87th year. Dear husband to the late Hazel. Loving father to Daniel (Lynda) Muir of Thorold, and Dennis (June) Muir of St. Catharines. Grandpa will be lovingly remembered by his grandchildren Dana Muir-Sullivan, Tonia Muir-Brown and Tricia Leone. Loving great-grandfather to Ashley, Daniel, Mackenzie, Jacob, Michael and Matthew. He is predeceased by his brothers and sisters. Ronald was a Past President of Branch 138 Merritton Legion. A special thank you to the staff at Extendicare for their wonderful care of our dad over the many years.
Family will receive friends at the HULSE & ENGLISH FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL, 75 Church Street (905-684-6346) on Thursday, November 10, 2011 from 11a.m. to 1 p.m. with a Funeral Service following in the chapel at 1 p.m. Memorial donations to a charity of choice would be appreciated.
