PORTER, Ruby (Purchase) – With her family by her side, our dear caring Ruby passed away peacefully on Tuesday, January 25, 2011 at the St. Catharines General Hospital in her 77th year. Dear wife to the late Robert; loving mother to Terry (Lorna), Rod (Kim) and Heather (Joe) Caruso. She is predeceased by her son Monty, brothers Fraser and Lloyd. She will be sadly missed by her brother and sisters Harold, Alma Lee and Vida Gardner. Loving nan to Sandra, Matthew, Bethaney, Candace, Vanessa, Jared, Joey and Briar as well as other relatives and friends. The family will receive friends at the HULSE & ENGLISH FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL, 75 Church Street (905-684-6346) on Thursday, January 27, 2011 from 7-9 p.m. Funeral Service in the Chapel on Friday, January 28, 2011 at 11 a.m. Interment in Pleasantview Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers donations to the Childrens Wish Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
