Passed away unexpectedly at the Welland Hospital on Monday, November 8, 2021. Beloved wife of Raimund Bubelis. Cherished Mom of Jennifer and her husband Rick Kinzel and the late Andrew Fraser (1999) and the late Diana Fraser (2021). Loving Nana of Victoria and Kennedy Kinzel. Dear sister of David (Sheila) Carr and the late Barbara Csuka. Sandy will be lovingly remembered by her lifelong best friend Debby Jacobs.
In keeping with Sandy’s wishes, cremation has taken place. A private graveside service will be held at Victoria Lawn Cemetery.
