Predeceased by his beautiful wife Sheila Melanie White/Burstyn April 1955 - October 7, 2013. Shim left behind his sons Milo (Crystal) Burstyn and Noah (Danielle) Burstyn. His grandsons Mateo, Ezra, Beckett and Alessio will miss him dearly. Shim loved his brother David (JoEllen) whom he enjoyed talking about sports and politics with. He was loved by many nieces and nephews as well. Shim dedicated his life to music and played the trombone with the Niagara Symphony in his earlier years and enjoyed live orchestral music. In keeping with Shim's wishes cremation has taken place. A celebration of his life will be announced at a later date.
