Alice A. Taylor

Taylor, Alice Aleen Gerke (nee Brennan) passed away Thursday, July 12, 2018 at the age of 95. Beloved wife of the late Robert E. Taylor and the late Leonard J. Gerke; loving daughter of the late Alice & Patrick Brennan; dear sister of the late Patrick (Helen Rose) Brennan; dear step-mother of 7, step-grandmother, sister-in-law, aunt, friend and neighbor to many.

Alice was an Elementary School Teacher for over 30 years at the Cahokia Unit School, District 187.

SERVICE: Funeral Service, Wednesday, July 18th, 12:00 Noon at Hoffmeister Colonial Mortuary, 6464 Chippewa St.; St. Louis, MO. Visitation Wednesday from 10:00 am until time of service. Burial at Oakland Cemetery in Carbondale, IL. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the BJC Foundation.
