Bobbie Jean Hummel

Bobbie was the beloved wife of the late Raymond Hummel; loving and devoted mother of Frank (Karen) Hummel, Roy (Rita) Hummel, Cindy (Roger) Lamb, Steve (Nancy) Hummel, Carol Wallace, and Linda (Pat) Riggs; cherished grandmother of Anthony Rivituso, Josh Schuh, Nick (Jamie) Hummel, Adam (Cori) Hummel, Jacob (Sarah) Hummel, Katie Hummel, David (Amber) Brame, Julie (Derek) Feldman, Joni (Tim) Janis, Christy Hummel, Gina (Phil) Crocker, Amanda Lydon, and Jacob Riggs; loving great-grandmother, dear sister of Judy (Noel) Marshall, aunt, great-aunt, cousin, dear friend to many in her lifetime.

Bobbie was preceded in death by her husband, her granddaughter Pamela Wallace, her grandson Clark Wallace, her parents Willis and Irene Fielder, her sister Nadine and her daughter-in-law Kim Hummel.

Bobbie was born in Bono, Arkansas and the family moved to St. Louis when she was five. She graduated from Roosevelt High School. She and Ray married and raised their six children in South St. Louis. They enjoyed many years of ballroom dancing. She had so many hobbies, and became a pro at all of them. She and Ray loved travelling with friends, highlighted by their vacations in Minnesota. They lived a full and happy life together.

Bobbie was a loving and extremely tolerant mother, and a doting and devoted grandmother. She was well loved and will be deeply missed by her family and all that knew her.
