FRIEL, Cheryl J. “Cookie” (nee Oliver), 68, on Wednesday, January 23, 2013. Beloved wife of the late Frank Friel; loving mother of Robert (Cindy), Joseph (Jennifer), and Tony (Karen) Watson; dear stepmother and grandmother of Francis (Melanie) and Kevin Friel; dear grandmother of Rebecca and Trey; Myles, Josie, Maia, Owen, Sebastiana, and Geovani; and Jack; dear sister of Joel (Sherry) Oliver; dear niece of Kay (Larry) Herrin, Betty Collins, and Paul Oliver; beloved friend of “Prince”; dear cousin, aunt, and friend to many.
Cheryl was an Elder at Trinity Assembly of God Church for many years and was very active in the Children’s and Single’s Ministries.
SERVICES: Visitation 4-8pm Sunday, January 27, 2013 at HOFFMEISTER COLONIAL MORTUARY 6464 Chippewa at Watson and 9am Monday, January 28, 2013 at Trinity Assembly of God Church 4720 Jamieson Ave., St. Louis, MO 63109 followed by services at 10am. Interment in St. Matthew’s Cemetery. Memorial contributions suggested to the church.
