David P. Gage passed away peacefully on Tuesday, May 26, 2026, at the age of 88. Beloved husband of the late Edna E. "Liz" Gage (nee Wiley). Loving father of Michael (Lori) Gage. Cherished grandfather of Taylor (Vann) Sontag, Connor Gage, Haley (Ryan) Hellmann and Madison Gage and great grandfather of Brooks, Blake and Baker Sontag. Dearest brother of Rosalie Manz and the late Charles Gage, Raymond Gage, Thomas Gage, Eleanor Kennedy, Dorothy Fusco and Marion "Pat" Miller. Dear brother-in-law of Charlotte Kay. Dear son of the late Charles, Sr. and Margaret Gage (nee Deehan). Our dear uncle, great uncle and friend.
Visitation to be held on Friday, June 26, 2026 from 4:00 to 8:00 PM at Hoffmeister Colonial Mortuary, 6464 Chippewa Street, St. Louis, MO. Funeral Mass Saturday, June 27, 2026 at 10:00 AM at St. Joan of Arc Parish, 5800 Oleatha Ave., St. Louis, MO. Interment private.
