Beloved husband of Sherry L. Droege (nee Boneau); dearest brother of Mark, Eugene “Geno” (Carla), Steven (Michelle), Paul (Denise), Caroleen “Sug” Marler, Geralyn (Jake) Rygelski, Matthew (Susan), Thomas (Rochelle) and Susan (Troy) Williams; dear uncle of 38 nieces and nephews, godfather of 4, cousin and friend to many. Jimmy is survived by his four feline babies, Blueboy, Heintz, Gabriel and Quatro.
Jimmy was a firefighter for the Kirkwood Fire Department for 28 years and was a U.S. Navy veteran.
Funeral from Hoffmeister Colonial Mortuary, 6464 Chippewa at Watson, on Wednesday, Sept. 8, 2010 at 9:30 a.m. and will proceed to St. Ambrose Catholic Church for a celebration of Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 a.m. The interment will follow in Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery with full military honors.
