John Kemper, 59, died July 12, 2017. Beloved husband of Terry Kemper (nee Smith); loving father of Jenn Kemper; Cherished grandfather of Austin and Ethan Barczewski. A dear brother, uncle, cousin and friend who will be greatly missed
John joined the St. Louis City Fire Department in 1993 and was promoted to captain in 2008.
The family will receive family and friend on Thursday July 20, 2017 3pm-8pm, Harris Stowe State University, 3026 Laclede Avenue, St. Louis, MO 63103 Dr. Henry Givens Jr. Administration Building
Funeral services will be conducted Friday July 21, 2017 11am, Harris Stowe State University, 3026 Laclede Avenue, St. Louis, MO 63103 Dr. Henry Givens Jr. Administration Building. Full military honors will be afforded to Captain Kemper.
