Loving father and father-in-law of Loretta (James) Sheerin and Thomas (Angie) McLaughlin. Dearest grandfather of Michael (Jacey) Marchesi, Sheila McCrary, Patricia (Matt) Cash and Joseph Dawidouski. Dear great grandfather of Jessica, Megan, Katie, Sean, Ashlyn, Connor, Chloe and Aidan. Dear brother of Betty (the late Robert) Bradley and the late Ann (Chester) Keeton, Mary (Elwood) McPherson, James (Edna) and John McLaughlin. Dear brother-in-law of Mary Ellen (Clarence) Schmid and Eileen (Charles) Sondermann. Our dear uncle, great uncle, Godfather, cousin and friend.

Mr. McLaughlin was a longtime volunteer of Mother Teresa Soup Kitchen, member of St. Francis of Assisi Council #5359 Knights of Columbus, St. Louis Assembly Fourth Degree, St. Louis Honor Guard and Ancient Order of Hibernians.

Funeral from Hoffmeister Colonial Mortuary, 6464 Chippewa at Watson on Sat., Sept. 11 at 9:15 a.m. then to Epiphany of Our Lord for Mass celebrated at 10 a.m. Interment Resurrection Cemetery.
