I attended Jewish College of Nursing back in 2003 and she was one of my teachers.  I actually just called Goldfarb today to see if she still worked there and the receptionist informed me of her passing.  I am so sorry for your loss, I worked on the floor she taught clinical's on (7400) for several years and owe that to her.  Again, I am sorry for your loss, she was an amazing teacher!!!

I was so sorry to hear the news that Kathy had passed away.  I have many happy memories of her at the St. Gabriel plays and from being friends with her children. My thoughts and prayers are with everyone in the Nold family.

I am saddened to hear about this. Kathy was a great teacher. She taught me so much about nursing. She sure did love her GI nursing. Thinking of you, Kathy. Thank you for everything.

Kathy taught me how to be a nurse at Jewish Hospital College, class of 1999. Later I had the opportunity to work with her in the SIMCare Center at Chamberlain. She modeled what a nurse should be & she taught future nurses how to be those nurses. She was a beautiful woman who influenced the culture of nursing. My deepest sympathy to her family.

Kathy was our first faculty to serve on the national simulation committee.  She had a passion for innovation and loved sharing new learning opportunities with her students.  She was a wonderful colleague and inspiration for us all.  She will be greatly missed.  Prayers to all of her family.

She was a great teacher, who taught me not only about Nursing Science but about life and how to be brave.

I had the pleasure of working with Kathy for 5 years at Chamberlain College of Nursing and she is terribly missed.  I will always remember Kathy for offering comic relief and for having a genuinely loving soul.  May she rest in peace and may her family accept my deepest condolence.

What a tragic loss.  I had Kathy as an instructor at Sccc, class of '95.  She was an amazing woman.  A shining example of a life well lived.  She touched so many lives and will be so missed.  My condolences to the beautiful family she left behind.

Kathy was an amazing teacher, only wanting the best for her students.  Chamberlain College of Nursing will surely be at a loss with out her.

I have met several nurses working in the community who have stated "Kathy Nold was the best teacher they ever had in nursing school. She was tough and you had to work hard, but we are  better nurses today because of her.

I can't believe Kathy is gone. I will miss her. She was always one of the first to offer advice, help or just plain wisdom. She was so proud of her daughter in nursing school and talked about her often.

Mrs. Nold was a beautiful person and a great role model.  I have great memories of Mrs. Nold subbing our science classes at St. Gab's.  She was so patient with us crazy girls.  No matter how embarrassing, Mrs. Nold answered our questions with a beautiful smile and blushing cheeks.  Mrs. Nold also inspired me to be a nurse, encouraging through college (C=RN ;) Although our paths did not cross much, when they did, she was always supportive.  Please accept my heartfelt condolences.  You will all be in my prayers.

I have many wonderful memories of Mrs. Nold from when she filled in as a science teacher for our grade school class.  Her costume work with the archangel players was always fantatisc.  She had a beautiful voice as well.  I'm so sorry for your loss.

She was an amazing person and taught me and so many others. She always had a way about her that made you want to listen and learn as much from her as you could. It was an honor to have had her as a nursing instructor. She will never be forgotten. My thoughts and prayers go out to the family.

I had the pleasure of being one of Kathy's students at St Charles County Community College.  Kathy worked 1:1 with me driving me to & from my clinical rotation & being my personal instructor so I was able to complete & keep with my class while having to use a cane & crutches. Professer Nold was a wonderul nursing instructor.  I am blessed that was was able to be taught by her and I am sure she touched so many patients and students.  She will be missed and memories will be there always.

My condolences are with Kathy's family. I had the pleasure of knowing her at Chamberlain. She made us all laugh and was so inspiring to all her students. We are all better people because we knew her.

I would not be this far in the program if it wasn't for Professor Nold. In Fundamentals, I had a panic attack and she was the one who brought me to her office and calmed me down and encouraged me to keep on going and never give up. She was also my instructor for Adult Health. I loved hearing her stories. She was such a great professor. I will never forget her and she will always have a special place in my heart. Thanks Professor Nold, for all that you have done for me and other students at Chamberlain.

Mrs. Nold will truly be missed in the halls and classrooms of Chamberlain College of Nursing. Your passion for teaching was one of a kind and I am blessed to have experienced it. Fly high now Mrs. Nold with the angels in heaven. Your service to others has earned you your wings!
