Leona S. Mattina

Sue was the beloved wife for 58 years of Sal Mattina; cherished mother of Dawn (Kenneth) Henderson and Pam Wilson; loving grandmother of Kayla Sitzes, Katasha Henderson, Katrina Henderson, Matthew Wilson, and the late Steven Wilson; devoted great-grandmother of Errick, Kaliah, Chance, D'Andre, Jax, E'maree, Kamiya, and Ke'Andre; dear sister of Joy Fowler, Terry Spiess, Sherry Mauk, Anna May, Larry Copeland, and Donnie (Robin) Copeland; dear sister-in-law of Anthony (Helen) Mattina; dear aunt, great-aunt, and a friend to many in her lifetime.

Sue was preceded in death by her parents, Leonard and Julia Copeland, and several siblings and in-laws.

Sue enjoyed making memories and spending time with her family. Her unconditional love, selflessness, warmth and kindness will be greatly missed, but her love will continue to live on in the hearts of all who knew her!

A Celebration of Sue's Life will be Tuesday, May 13 from 4-8pm at Hoffmeister Colonial Mortuary, 6464 Chippewa Street Saint Louis 63109.
