A devoted Grandma of 10 and Great Grandma of 22, Marianne cherished her role as a matriarch and lovingly supported each member of her family. She was also a dear sister to the late Leo "Duke" Gubbins, the late Donna and Neil Feeney, and John Gubbins. Marianne was a treasured sister-in-law, aunt, cousin, and friend to many.
Marianne spent the majority of her career as a lunch lady at St. Simon the Apostle, where she touched the lives of countless children and families. In addition to her work, she was an avid volunteer for Bingo, Girl Scouts, and Softball.
Marianne had a natural gift for taking care of others and was known for her delicious cooking. Her devotion to her family was her foundation, and she supported them with unwavering love and commitment. Her selflessness, warmth, and kindness will be greatly missed, but her love will continue to live on in the hearts of all who knew her.
Marianne's family would like to express their deep gratitude for the outpouring of love and support during this difficult time.
