Martin Jarleth Kelly

Loving husband of Kathleen Kelly (nee McMahon); beloved father of Maura Kelly, Erin (Chris) Wegmann and Ryan (Anne Kinsella) Kelly; dearest brother of Mary (the late Michael) McCarthy and the late Patrick, Jack, Tom, Michael, Ann and Vinnie Kelly and brother-in-law of Susan, Jenny, Ana and the late Mary Kelly; our dear brother-in-law, uncle, cousin and friend.

Martin came to St. Louis in 1954 and brought with him his love of Irish music, dancing and sports which he promoted at every opportunity. He was one of the original founders of the Young Ireland Club and the St. Louis Gateway Feis Society.

Funeral from Hoffmeister Colonial Mortuary, 6464 Chippewa at Watson on Sat., March 31, 2012 at 9:30 AM to St. James the Greater Catholic Church for Funeral Mass of Christian Burial celebrated at 10:00 AM. Interment will follow in Calvary Cemetery. If desired, please make donations in Martin’s memory to St. James the Greater Adopt-A-Student. Visitation will be held at Hoffmeister Colonial Mortuary on Fri. from 4-8 PM.
