Ross Van Derslice

Ross was the beloved son of James Van Derslice and the late Betty (nee Ross) Van Derslice, a dear nephew and a friend to many.

Ross was a talented recording engineer for Phat Buddha Productions and Blayzer Digital. His work family is heartbroken by the passing of their dear friend and colleague.

Ross joined them in 2001, and throughout his time there, he became an integral part of their team. His talent and dedication are evident in the incredible work he did with some of music's biggest names, including Nipsey Hussle, Howard "Chingy" Bailey Jr., Lil Wayne, Ric Ross, Tech N9NE, Yin Yang Twins, Huey, Jibbs, Marquise Knox, Travis Barker, and many more.

But beyond his impressive resume, Ross will be remembered for his warmth and positivity. His trademark smile and calm demeanor brought ease to even the most pressure-filled situations. He will be deeply missed and always remembered.

There will be a Celebration of Ross's Life on Wednesday, August 7, from 6-9pm at Phat Buddha Productions, 1901 Locust Street, St. Louis MO 63103.
